Pantone Color Forecast Fall 2011
As an interior designer, I am always turning to fashion for color inspiration. Pantone is a good resource for knowing what color trends designers are forecasting for upcoming seasons. For the upcoming Fall 2011 season, I see colors like Honeysuckle and Ember Glow transitioning from spring/summer to fall/winter which are great colors against neutral tones such as lighter greys and beiges perfect for living rooms and bedrooms. Stronger, deeper colors such as Phlox and Deep Teal are fantastic colors to pair with darker greys to create the moody atmosphere I love in dining rooms and a home office.
